As a Manager of people who enter time, I would like a view or report where I can easily see a list of Tempo Team Members who have not logged time in the current period.
Based on my investigation:
Tempo says “look at the timesheet for gaps” (easier if you remove the filter that also shows issues, so just a list of people you can scan down: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/481689923/How+can+I+see+which+user+has+not+logged+any+hours+0h+within+a+selected+period
Atlassian has a back-end DB query on-prem customers can run, but we are in the process of migrating to cloud, and we have a number of active JIRA users who are not logging time in Tempo (who would come up in this query) https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/identify-users-in-jira-who-haven-t-logged-in-for-the-past-90-days-695241569.html
I tried creating a Tempo report, and filtering for issues without worklogs (which you can) for a time period, but then the Tempo report is completely empty because it’s designed to show what exists, not what doesn’t
Open to other implementation suggestions, but absent that this would be very helpful to ensure our people are logging their time.
