Create Reports for Inactive Users

We are a professional services company and use tempo timesheets for recording time.

As with any organisation, people join and leave. Sometimes we need to get reports fro people who is no longer in the organisation. However, there is no way of selecting an inactive user to filter.

As a work around, I have to go back in time where I know the user was working, and drill down on their name. This process is very ineficient.
