There is not much distinction between plan with no approval status and one that has been approved

We have enabled plan approvals and when we create a new plan it looks like the status is automatically set to “Not Set” The user needs to manually select a Reviewer, then the status gets set to “Pending” To add to this it’s a little confusing with...

Office 365 Synchronisation both ways

Synchronisation with Office 365 is currently one way (Outlook to JIRA). Would be perfect if planification of work in Jira would synchronise TO outlook
