Confirmation Box - before user submit timesheet

Can we add a Confirmation Box - before user submit timesheet ? Can we configure the wordings in the pop-up confirmation box? Example: Are you sure this timesheet is ready to submit? You may not be allowed to make changes once submit.

Recurring event : being able to edit one occurrence instead of all
