Feature Request - Multi-Scope & IsFixedPrice settings

Hi, currently the Tempo API does not support the Multi-Scope & isFixedPrice settings. Working on a big Jira Cloud to Cloud migration that includes Tempo in both sites, so would be very helpful to have those included in the API. Thank you!
