Notifications / Alerts for Cost Tracker Budgets

To keep an overview of the budgets, it would be super helpful to set an alert when the budget is reached. Optionally, it would also be possible to set a percentage limit for when a notification is sent.


Notification via email or Slack Connector/WebHook.

    Please, we need this asap.!! It's complicated to track budgets without thresholds and alarms to notify status. That is why we are not using it now
