Allow Notes for Budget Tracking Milestones

It would be ideal if the budget milestone functionality could be expanded. At a minimum, it would be nice to have a note attached to each milestone, such as "Change Request for X functionality approved for $XX".

It would also be convenient if milestones could be entered and viewed as specific dollar increments as opposed to only the new total budget.

    A quick update: Budget Milestone Descriptions are now available in Cost Tracker. Now you can add descriptions to your budget milestones, which can then be viewed by hovering over the milestones in your project overviews. You can view the documentation here.
