Most of the projects start with a basis "Scope of Work" and with an "Initial budget". Very quickly the SOW changes and so is the budget. It is critical for me to be able to add additional payments to the initial budget and assign a specific date so we know exactly when the client paid. This will allow us to better track the budget and time spent on the project that evolve on a daily basis and the budget never stays stays the same.
