Ability to change hourly rates starting a specific date

Sometimes clients are requesting price changing and/or we increase the pricing as well and I'd like to be able to change the rates starting a specific date. Ex. If the client paid $50/h until today and starting tomorrow he agrees to pay $60/h I'd like to be able to modify that and still have access to the reporting with $50/h.

    This is a must have feature. if it is not possible to reflext saraly increases or general cost inicrease in the hourly rates without keeping the project cost history unchanged cost tracker is of very limited use only.
