I would like every person in our team to receive emails or a Slack message whenever someone (other than them) plans something in their Tempo planning. This is to notify them their planning has been updated by someone (whether a plan has been added, edited, removed).

As a user I would like to receive notifications when someone else (like a project lead) plans time for me in tempo planner.
Other users may not want such notifications, so it should be configurable by the user. Being able to select how to recive notifications (like mail or chat) is nice to have.
Note that this use case is distinct from the approval workflow: as a user i do not approve all plans for all projects i am part of. Goal is to improve information sharing and quick feedback loops in agile workflows: if someone plans with a user, notify the user.
