Customize email notifications for users work logs with Tempo Sheduler Addon

Dear developers,


We need to send notifications to those users who don`t add and edit their work logs for the past period. We have about 100 projects and about 500 users. So we would like to notify not all users, but only some of them (a group for example). Ideally, a copy of the email would also be sent to the project manager.


Is it possible to customize the user list in the Tempo Scheduler Addon? Can a project manager be added to the copy of the email? Can we create multiple such schedules?
