A basic but very important feature that I'd suggest to add would be the possibility to customize the text, and the timing of the day, of the email notification sent by the scheduler once the required amount of hours per period has not been logged by users.
We are in Italy but have a number of international users in different countries. They all receive the email at different times, but italian users receive it at midnight, which means they are going to ignore it, and some of them are bothered by receiving notification at this late time.
To improve team engagement it would be very useful to be able to change the text of emails, for example based on user groups, and also to set a specific time of the day for the notification to be sent.
