Currently the scheduler email notification doesn’t differentiate whether a timesheet has been submitted. So all team members receive email even if they already submitted their timesheet.
This would be an easy step to take to avoid unnecessary emails.

Everyone has at least one of those spammy applications that you just can't do anything about and so ignores that appliation. Tempo users/admins need an option to select whether an email should be sent if the timesheet has already been submitted. Not providing this option will mean staff ignore the email and force manages to have to chase staff to submit their timesheets.
In a world of ever increasing noise, this seems like a simple change to reduce that noise.
This is definitely required. It doesn't make sense to send an email for a submitted timesheet with less hours than the workload scheme, it's not like the staff member can go back in time and do more work.
I support this idea.
It's important to differentiate between those who have submitted and those who have not when their timesheet is lacking time.
This is the only way to prevent misunderstandings and unnecessary email
I second this Idea,
But an addition to this might be to be able to set the email reminders per team, rather than just for all users within Tempo.
Cheers,
Marc
