When a user has logged less than the required hours, but the Timesheet has been approved, the late reminder (2nd email option) is still sent to the user.
This can cause confusion as the Timesheet owner can not edit/add any worklogs when the Timesheet is approved

This is a requirement on our side as well.
As soon as the status of the timesheet is not anymore in "Open", we should not send reminders since the timesheet was submitted!
