Remove deactivated users from Tempo Approvals view

From the Tempo Teams - Approvals View. Please, consider removing the Deactivated users from the Drop down. It is highly confusing to see deactivated users in this view. The list grows longer.

Fix date with a start date

Regarding the problem that when a day become a national holiday (24.12 in Poland) when you add it as a fixed date it affects data for previous years. Would be good to have an option to set the starting year from which should be the fixed date set.
