identify missing time

I'd like to be able to run a report that identifies missing time. i.e. If timesheets are submitted incomplete or if a week has been missed completely from a registered/active user

Allow admins to bulk delete/edit closed timesheets

It's currently impossible to bulk edit or delete timesheets that have been closed. System admins should have the ability to do so without having to reopen or add grace periods to potentially thousands of timesheets.

To be notified when a resource request is made for our department

I think it would be very efficient if we could be notified when a new application is made for our department. Currently, we only receive notifications for our department's resources, not general resource requests.
