In order to be more efficient in time tracking and time planning, why would anyone enter a recurring meeting into tempo every period (weekly, bi-weekly etc.). Every user would need to only ensure that they actually participated in that meeting and as long as they did not cancel their attendence, the time will be planned and once meeting took place will be booked as time tracked.
