I would like to request a feature enhancement for Tempo Planner that allows for the creation and management of recurring planning events, similar to the "Recurring Appointments" functionality in Microsoft Outlook.

Specifically, I am looking for the following capabilities:

1. Recurring Events with Customizable Patterns: The ability to create recurring planning events based on a series pattern (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), just like in Outlook, with flexible customization options (e.g., specific days of the week, monthly recurrence on specific days or the nth weekday of the month).

2. Independent Editing of Individual Events: Once a series of recurring events is created, there should be an option to edit or delete individual events within the series without affecting the entire series. For example, I should be able to change the date, time, or any other detail of a single event within a recurring series, or delete that specific event, without modifying or cancelling the rest of the series.

This functionality would significantly improve the flexibility of planning in Tempo, particularly for users who need to adjust individual occurrences of recurring tasks or appointments. It would also align Tempo Planner more closely with the familiar workflows that many users rely on in Outlook and other calendar tools.
