Inspired by a smart calendar provider, I would very much welcome this functionality integrated directly into Tempo. Basically, (flexible) calendar entries are automatically created for the planned tasks. Depending on the due date/time estimate, these become visible to others as "Free" or "Booked". When a new appointment is booked in a period already booked by the system, this appointment is automatically moved considering the due date. If no alternative date is possible, the calendar entry is displayed from "Booked" to prevent others to use the time slot.
