Show users with 0 hours planned

It will be very useful to see the users that have 0 hours planned in the planned report. It is the most important information for us to manage these free users directly from the report. And it could be useful in export too.

Parent Name in the RawData - Tempo report

The current Tempo raw data file does not show the "Parent Name" column, but it shows the "Parent Key" column. We need that column name to be added to the report so we can see the "Parent Name" of any tickets or epics. Thank you

Ability to have internal issues removed from the week’s capacity

Ability to have internal issues (such as vacations) be treated as holidays, wherein their usage is removed from that week’s capacity. Example: User has a vacation day on Friday, then their capacity for that week should be 32 instead of 40.
