Add separate materials budget and labor budget

My company tracks material expenses and labor separately. Capital equipment costs also have their own budget. Would be useful to be able to budget these categories separately; right now budget is just one lump sum that applies to expenses and labor.

Allow for Agile Resource Planning

Being able to set a workload per 2 weeks

We have employees which have one day off once per 2 weeks. But with the current workload settings, you can only set a worload for 1 week. We want to have this for 2 weeks, so we can properly schedule the one days off per 2 weeks.
