Add expenses to the Jira ticket as in the old server product

Add expenses to the Jira ticket as in the old server product. And show it on a monthly time and expenses report.

We have created a workflow in JIRA to track equipment purchases, deliveries and installations for a project. The workflow is setup to the purchase requisition through the necessary steps to track procurement, payment, shipping and installation. It will be ideal if the expenses could refer to a jira ticket and bring in calculation from a custom field on the linked ticket to determine whether the project is within budget. (or bring in capital expenditure as in server)
