Tempo Total Hours Gadget - Allow to Select and Filter by Teams, Roles, and other tempo fields

With the Tempo Total Hours Gadget, would like the ability to show totals by account and to be able to select one or more teams or one or more roles.

Users can not submit the timesheet for approval unless they have logged the full required hours

Users can submit their timesheets for approval even if it is not fully logged in for example 25 hours per week when it should be 40 hours, it should be blocked with an alert message / pop-up unless the required hours are fully logged.

Tempo Account creation date

It would be useful for our organization if we could retrieve the date that a Tempo account was created from the API. Or otherwise if there was a custom field where the date of a Tempo account's creation could be stored, and then retrieved via the API

Reports - Filter by Account parameters (lead, contact, customer, etc...)

This will make reports more flexible and give more options to customers to sort / group specific reports.
