Improvements for Deleting Time Entry and Restoring

We've had a few users delete their time entry instead of editing because the delete and edit icons are so close to each other and the delete icon displays first.

It would be nice if the delete icon was positioned as the last icon for selection as edit is the more frequent action.

Another thing is that by the time they noticed the "undo" prompt in the bottom right, it was gone before they could click on it. It would be nice to have a configuration to allow admins for our site to set a longer time before the fade as some users are not used to that kind of feature and expect a prompt re: are you sure you really want to delete the labour.

The ability to restore any deleted time withing 24-48h time window would also be helpful.

Adding to this, it would be helpful to have a confirm pop-up (eg. "Do you want to delete this time entry?"), since it is far too easy to accidentally delete a worklog after having just added it. At the very least, as others have mentioned, it would be great to move the delete/trash icon further from the very center of the section where users hover in an attempt to edit their worklog.

Not only is the placement of the delete button and the lack of a recycle bin very annoying. When you have the google chrome plugin installed it will be overlayed on top of the 'undo' prompt. So there is no way to click it!

So my log vanished and there was nothing I could do about it.
