Set "start time" to current timestamp when logging time on an issue

Automatically use the first activity start time as the start time for the day. E.g. when I log time on an issue and the current time is 10:53 AM, the “start time” will have 10:53 as default value

Include worklog.author.accountid into reports and xls downloads, added to worklog author (wich is in jira internal user code), because in my opinion it's better to identify the use who logged the time

Prevent logging planned time without approve

To limit creating worklog from pending approval plans. Currently users can convert plans regardless the status (pending or approved)

In Timesheet reports, add Approver as a column

When Timesheet reports are created, we would like to see the Approver's name in a column. See screenshot attached. We would like to add a new column on the end with the name.
