global config for the Issue Picker

hi,
we want to customize the issue picker with customer- specific filters which must beglobally available for all users. The config of the issue picker today works per user so we would appreciate a global config feature to customize the issue picker globally for all users of an instance for creating new default filters for all users in addition to the existing ones like recent, favorites and so on.
