Turn off the keyboard shortcuts or customize the shortcuts in Tempo.

In Jira, we used to be able to hit key w to watch a case, but now it is mapped to tempo time entry modal popup.

Is it possible to restore that keyboard shortcut and move the tempo.io one to something else? now I need to wait for the page to be fully loaded and 2 more clicks to watch a case.

    We are affected by the same issue. The response I received from support is that this is not a defect. If the "w" shortcut was mapped by design when Atlassian already had it reserved, that's quite concerning. Tempo should not be superseding core Atlassian functionality.

    Additionally, for users who do not have access to Tempo, they are presented with an error message, which should be considered a defect.
