We use Tempo in our DC Version of JIRA and have been able to completely disable time tracking against specific projects. Our setup is that time is put to only one-type of ticket in specific JIRA Projects, and we need the ability to disable AND hide "Add Tempo to plan and track time" it unnessesary projects. We use Tempo for tracking time, but also cost for Project Management and must be correct for auditability purposes.
Ideally we'd be able to disable it at an IssueType level, but will work with at a Project level effectively.
Alternatively, even just making it smaller then the entire "Add Tempo to plan and track time" as it's a bit overwhelming for the Issue Window when not in use. Ideally revert it to just an Icon...
