Customer just migrated to Jira Cloud. Was used to having the Account Key next to Account name in the Tempo dropdown but this changed in Cloud. They now have no easy way of seeing the Account Key when selecting the Account on issue.
Account key would normally be used to keep track of other relations to this account which is now not possible from an issue.
