Allow Periods to be BiWeekly Merged

Timesheet period management only allows for time sheet approval weekly or monthly. It would be nice to be able to choose every-other-week (biweekly) since that is our company's payroll scheme (and I'm sure many others as well)

    We also are on a bi-weekly payroll and this would streamline approvals and report generation.
