Allow Tempo to exempt Internal issues from accounts and other mandatory work attributes.
Currently, when you pick account and other work attributes as mandatory, this forces it for internal issues also.
There should be a facility to exempt Internal Issues from these fields/attributes since they are internal issues (usually used for things like vacation etc).

Especially when managers need to chase up logged hours with no accounts, this idea would be helpful and cut down a lot of reporting if Tempo allowed a exclusion filter
