Right now I need to add one buy one member and click on ADD button to include members in the holiday scheme. It's so much time-consuming. Assume I have 500 members to deal with, it's going to take massive time.
Use Jira like multiple addition ability
Create an IMPORT feature in a structured format to add members.
Even for MOVE option, give a bulk edit option by enabling checkboxes for each members and do a move function.
