Add an option to allow Team Leads to approve their own timesheets

I use Tempo Timesheet as the Scrum Master of a software development team, for which I'm the Team Lead. We already use another software to legally track / validate employees' work time and use Tempo solely to track time more specifically against Jira issues and for reporting.

So I'm thinking of using the Timesheet Approval only as a way of remembering to myself "I've already checked these timesheets". It makes no sense in this context that I can't approve my own timesheets, as it's the Scrum Master's job to handle that overhead, and right now I have to bother one of my coworker do to it "mecanically" for me once a week...

I'd love an option in the settings (a checkbox) that says "Team Lead can approve their own timesheets".

In our context, we use JIRA with our customers to follow the implementation of the software. The structure of our company is made as Team Leads => Project Managers => Consultants (cross-teams).

The Project Managers validates the time logged in their own project. But they also track time in their projects. Not being able to track our own time as Project Manager doesn't make sense.

This is a blocker scenario for our company. Tempo can't be used without this feature.

I've seen a similar issue as duplicate before...
