Pulling time tracking together from subtasks

In the server version we had a script that allowed us to display times collected in subtasks in the master ticket. These were also subtracted from the scheduled time there, so that the remaining time always showed the correct rest.

In Structure we have an overview, but we would like to have a display in the request that totals how much time has been planned and booked in the subtasks.
