Custom fields on accounts

Problem:

Currently the Account lacks customization which can be done only via the Category field.


Suggestion:

As a simpler proposal: add 2 or 3 more such fields (the more the better) like Category1, Category2, Category3 etc.


As a more systemic solution: allow to create custom fields on Account as many as needed (which would behave like the existing Category one). Ideally, those would allow to be named. Make it possible to search in JQL by these fields and exportable in eazyBI.
