we would need the possibility to use customers and accounts separately and store both on the ticket. We have different account types (currently 8..something like administrative work, inclusive service, etc. pp) and thousands of customers. To make all accounts usable for all customers I would have to make the 8 accounts for each individual customer and would then also have thousands of accounts selectable on the ticket. Only in this way could I currently create outputs in the reports such as please show me all the hours of customer A, which were booked to the account administrative work. Through the implementation of custom fields in the reports this could of course also be solved. Then you would have to store the customer in another customfield.
