Ability for collaborating team members to save changes they make in a report, that has been shared with them

When a user shares a report they've created with team members, and those team members make changes to it, they would like the following to be possible:
1. Changes to be visible to the report owner and all other team members.
2. Ability to save the changes collaborators made on the report.

    Urgent - I can't delete or rename a report if it isn't your own report!

    It must be possible for us as a team to update or delete reports so that all relevant colleagues, only have the latest reports in the overview.
