Ability to disable the roll-up of hours on Epics in the Time tracking panel

Users would like to have the ability to disable the roll-up of hours on Epics in the Time tracking panel.

Additionally, they would like the option to select if you want to see the roll-up or not (like in issues with sub-tasks).

    I would like to add, the option to choose either:
    1) no roll up
    2) Immediate child Issues
    3) All issues below
