we want the functionality that groups of persons with the "manage team worklogs" tempo permissions can't edit worklog of Jira issues in Tempo, for projects,where they don't have the edit all worklog permission in Jira. So we want it for Project Manager Role as example.
Now a Project Manager has "manage team worklogs" can't edit worlog in Jira issue ,but can edit worlog Issue in Tempo, even though the project manager doesn't have the edit all worklog permission in Jira.

we want the functionality that groups of persons with the "manage team worklogs" tempo permissions can't edit worklog of Jira issues in Tempo, for projects,where they don't have the edit all worklog permission in Jira. So we want it for Project Manager Role as example.
