As Tempo administrator, I would like team leads and project managers to be able to create new (or virtual) teams without my help. Currently this is only possible when I assign them to the "Tempo Team Administrator" role.
But team administrators are also able to modify holiday and workload schemes. These schemes are used across teams and must not be manipulated. A separate "Create new Team" would be very appreciated.
