include estimated hours in the planned vs actual report

User would like the ability to create estimated hours from a client and include them in the planned vs actual report so they can later be compared with the real planned time from users

Example: they have 10 hours per month for a client which they can use for 2 disciplines: SEA and SEO. So they make 2 epics with an estimation of 5 hours per epic. Would like the estimation of those epics, to be the 'planned time' in the report.
