I would like to plan my time within “My Work - Time view” not only in the List view. So I am able to stay within the Time view and able to simply drag and drop my plans with the correct start time and duration.
It could be managed by a new tab e.g. where I can choose wether i want to plan or log work my work or like in the List view.
This would make planing issues much easier.

Are there any plans to release this for On-Premise anytime soon?
It isn't user friendly at all to create plans in list view and shifting back to time view to schedule the plans.
In addition, it seems strange schedule the plan (to and from) by the minute using a dropdown - I hope that you can look into grouping it into 30-min blocks.
And we need this improvement for JIRA Cloud also.
I like to make a further suggestion: If you click on the calendar view for a new entry, any entry made for the future should automatically be a new planned time (it does not make sense to log time in the future) and any entry made for the past should automatically be a new log time (as it does not make any sense to make plans for the past) - this would improve the usability for the calendar view very much.
I strongly support this feature request – also for Jira Server!
