It would be great to have pop-up a “Log your time” reminder screen in Jira. This would be configured by send the reminder to set users or groups.

I collect metrics every month and I need to provide different types of data based on the target logged hours of the month for the Dev and QA groups. The majority of the team does not complete the logging of their hours and I have to constantly remind them.

I know that there is a way for each user to setup a reminder email, but everyone ignores it.

I am looking for a weekly annoying pop up screen when they go into Jira. The screen would go away once they log 40 hours for the week.
