Currently, timesheet notification emails do not indicate the name of the site where the time needs to be logged, which can be confusing for users who manage multiple instances. To improve clarity and user experience, we would like Tempo to display the originating organization or site directly within the notification email.
This enhancement would make it easier for users to identify and navigate to the relevant instance without needing to use workarounds (i.e click on ‘Go To Tempo’ to see which site is the email related to)
