Colors per task / user in the resources view

I would love to see a color picker in the grid view when you have lots of issues to schedule. Either for users, per task, or both.

    We also color code planned items based on whether a consultant is shadowing for example, or if they are on an operational task like training for the day.
    To be able to color code by category would make the resource planning view so much useful.

    In addition, the ability to filter by category field would be ace.
