We’re currently using Tempo in JIRA Server to track and manage time. I’ve tried to look for the following but cannot find - Can you confirm the following use case is supported in Tempo?
Use case: Our clients subscribe to X amount of hours monthly, we track time against those hours. Say company ABC subscribed to 30 hours, below example has 2.5 hrs logged, so client has 27.5 hours total remaining this month. If the client approves additional hours, we track this outside of JIRA, but know that we are able to bill over the subscribed hours.
Here is what we’d like to do –
1. Configure X amount of hours per organization, reset monthly.
2. Show total time % usage on every ticket in the ‘Time Tracking’ section. Current ‘Time Tracking’ section shows logged hours for that particular ticket. Below is a quick mock up of where the new bar would show.
3. Nice to have: Able to click / indicate somewhere client has approved additional hours. Time Tracking section would show a line indicate “overage approved:” true or false
