Show total of approved hours in Approval report / log when approver does not have "Browse Project" permission

  1. as John, create a number of worklogs on issues that Erica can not access (no Browse Project permission for the issues that work has been logged on)

  2. send the Timesheet for approval to Erica

  3. check the email Erica receives (the correct number of hours are shown)

  4. Erica approves the Timesheet (without being able to see the worklogs)

  5. as John, view the hours reviewed in your Approval log (the log shows that 0 hours have been approved.
