Automatically deleting all plannings at an issue, if it's closed/done.

It would be nice, if plannings will be deleted automaticly when issues are done/closed.

If anyone has a script for this (RestAPI), I'm interested in this.

    Auto-delete functionality would be amazing. Here's our situation:

    My dept works on dozens of tasks per day and we're struggling with Tempo showing true availability.

    For example:
    One person has 10 tasks assigned due on Tuesday. Equaling a full day of work (6 hours)

    • She finishes half of them the day before on Monday, resulting in 3 hrs free on Tuesday.

    • Because the Completed tasks never disappear from her to-do list in the Planner, it appears to our departments Task Manager that she's still booked for a full day.


    Currently I, as the manager with full permissions, have to manually click through my 8 team members Tempo lists, multiple times per day to delete the completed tasks out of the planner.

    • Tempo has been great overall, but this has become a major roadblock for efficient, easy scheduling. It's leading to people getting overbooked.
