'Reviewer' is currently a mandatory field when setting a planned time to 'Pending'.

• There are cases when a planner needs to put in multiple planned time as 'Pending' as they are not confirmed yet, but these planned time do not need to go through a formal 'review' process.

• It would be great to be able to put planned time in as 'Pending' without requiring a 'Reviewer'.

Create a page for reviewers/approvers to view all pending/approved/rejected planned time assigned to them.

• There is currently no view for reviewers to track what planned time is awaiting their action.

• Email is the only way to see this right now which is ridiculous in 2021.
