Time and Expense report for all accounts and all users.
Currently the report is only available by each budget account (Under tempo accounts) and cannot choose custom timeframe.
we need a report of this similar report for all accounts and all users in reports section.
This report would help our finance team to extract invoicing reports out of tempo.

As we reach huge number of Tempo Accounts with hundreds of linked JIRA projects and thousands of JIRA issues, reporting expenses from Tempo became a "give up" category. We need a dedicated person to run monthly time and expense reports for each month for each accoint instead of having period selection and account in "group by" section.
Please consider this idea as priority and do implement ASAP.
